Onsite Skills Training
Pre-employment driving assessments – to ascertain the knowledge and skill level of a driver before being accepted for employment by a company.
Annual driving assessments – to ensure that drivers are maintaining the skill level expected of them. To develop those skills and provide any extra training that has been identified by the company as being necessary.
Post-accident assessments – to identify any skills gaps that could be the cause of the driver having the accident and to provide any ongoing training that is required.
Tachograph training – to provide Digital Tachograph operation and Drivers Hours rules training to enable drivers to be legally compliant thereby protecting the Company’s Operators Licence. For example a company that is experiencing a high amount of Tachograph Infringements would require this training to bring Infringements down to an acceptable level thus avoiding financial fines to the Company and possible action against their Operators Licence.
